First, we established a customer-centric narrative, speaking to Elo’s commitment to evolving with the market’s digital transformation. We crafted messaging that positioned Elo as an innovation partner, helping organizations adopt touch technology through strategic guidance and reliable hardware.

Centered on audience insights, we created a flexible but cohesive brand system. Vibrant new visuals demonstrated Elo’s focus on human-centered design and seamless user experiences. Extensive guidelines enabled consistency in marketing and communications as Elo scales globally.

The rebrand rollout promoted alignment worldwide while allowing flexibility. New assets were integrated with major product launches, alongside gradual updates. Strengthened internal branding led to faster execution and more experimentation.
